Carefully matured in oak, our Pinot Noir Fût de Chêne reveals a more intense and refined expression of the Alsatian grape variety. Its deep red colour heralds a complex nose combining aromas of ripe black fruit, vanilla, roasting and sweet spices.

Barrel ageing adds structure, velvety tannins and exceptional depth, while preserving the freshness and elegance of Pinot Noir. On the palate, it offers great length and a subtle woody finish, perfect with game, roast meats and mature cheeses.
