Tasting : It delivers citrus-dominant hints to the nose that evolve into candied shades. The same aromatic features of lemon, passion fruit, honey and acacia flower can be tasted inside the mouth, with a frank attack and a lot of length.
Food and wine pairing : It can be consumed with elegance as a festive aperitif; a sauced fish, a sauced crustacean topped like a spiny lobster or a lobster, or a poultry stuffed with mushrooms.
