Tasting : This pinot gris has a complex smokey, buttery and toasted aromas to the nose. Inside the mouth, there is the complexity to the nose, with an added huge volume, and a slight sweetness.
Food and wine pairing : Ideal with game birds and poultry, especially with sauces with branded flavours. It also delights the palates during the aperitif when it is accompanied by nibbles and toasts.
