Tasting :Very fresh, fruity to the nose, with notes of peach, apple and a hint of flowers. There is a round, velvety and robust taste on the palate. There is a pleasantness feature in the mouth, tender and round with a very light acidity.
Food and wine pairing : Versatile, it is a wine for entrée but also for main course. It goes well with all simple preparations, fish, white meats and poultry. It can also be served as an aperitif.
