Tasting :Very aromatic ripe fruits, flowers and spices to the nose. It is full-bodied and very fruity inside the mouth. The aromas of exotic fruits like lychee and flowers such as rose are enhanced by spicy shades.
Food and wine pairing : Ideal for aperitif or with strong cheeses especially soft washed rind pasta (Munster, Maroilles…). It can be combined with dishes or desserts.
