Sélections de Grains Nobles - Alsace

The Grains Nobles Selections are the most prestigious products of Alsace.

They are developed thanks to a selective harvesting; only the berries with noble rot are harvested.

These will produce very sweet wines with very varied aromas after winemaking. The concentration makes the grape’s identity more discreet, with exceptional power, complexity and length in the mouth. These are true masterpieces in the making.

These wines have a high ageing potential. They are to be drunk around the age of 15 but can be kept for up to thirty years.
