White wine of Alsace

Alsace is best known for its white wines, and the vineyard indeed has 7 white grape varieties. Depending on the terroir where the vine produces the grapes, we definitely obtain a very different wine. The wines have a cellaring potential of 4 to 6 years and are consumed between 8 and 10 °C.
